Two Elite Nails

I have been going to elite nails since they opened. Everyone there is very professional and welcoming. I recently had my nails done by Cindy and I love the new nail design she recommended. She is great!!!

I came here the first time and it wasn’t so bad, Yuri did my gel pedicure and she was great. Kim did my gel acrylics and they were decent. It seemed like they were having an off day which I can understand happens. My second time wasn’t so great but the girl who did my gel pedicure this time was great. Unfortunately I didn’t ask what her name was. Gina did my gel acrylics this time and ended up messing up the shape of them. I asked for a stiletto shape, she must have misunderstood and thought I meant a coffin shape. It really wasn’t a big deal for me I figured it was my fault, I should have been more specific. What really irked me was how uneven she filed my nails. I said something and she said she’d fix it. In the end she made them worse as seen in the pictures attached. She over-filed the right side of my middle and ring finger and did the same on several others. Overall, from my experience I’d come here for the pedicures but never to get my nails done, not after what Gina did.

Please don’t waste your money. Staff and owner were SO RUDE and provided awful services.
