Great service. BB is fantastic and really knows how to handle hard to handle hair. The first time I went to her, I had just tried to cut my own hair. I had long thick curly hair and tried to give myself layers. I failed big time. BB was able to fix the problem immediately and even recommended an amazing product that I now buy frequently. I recommend this place.

I must say quite frankly, I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here. This is the best hair salon I have ever been to, I've been a loyal customer for about 7 years now. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. Everyone there is great, from the receptionist, to the owner, to the nice shampoo girl. They only use quality products here. Can be pricey but you get what you pay for. Overall I am very satisfied with this salon. Patty & Barbara are the best by the way!!

This place is a real dump. First, I must say that the level of discrimination by ownership is subpar. My sister in-law was descriminated due to her physical limitations and was kicked out the salon by ownership and they refused to service her. In order for me to leave a review I must rate this place with 1 star but in reality they are not worthy of any rating. Please consider this review before deciding to spend your money in this place and also consider the reviews of other clients who were not satisfied by their services. I will seek an attorney and ensure that my experience is documented with the Better Business Bureau.
