New Star Salon

This is the worst experience I have EVER had in my life. I got my nails done by Sophie who is the biggest bully and rudest person I've ever met. So MEAN, degrading, trying to justify her price by saying it is top quality, and it's actually the worst shape, and designs I've ever had done for the most expensive price ever. 2 musics at the same time, so dirty everywhere, smells weird, sad I can't give 0 stars but let's just say the only one I put goes to the man that works there as he was sweet. Sophie, you don't even deserve to have a job or any clients and I'm astonished at how mean and disrespectful you are. I will be sure to tell everyone NOT to go there. Service: Manicure

After several months, New Star is open 9-6 and my feet appreciate it. Erica gave me an excellent Spa Pedicure! Thank you.

Very unprofessional! Went in to get a pedicure at 11am on a Saturday and was denied services with the reason being “ we don’t have anyone to do your toes” and the guy that was there that did my toes 2 months prior was there doing absolutely nothing! No options for a wait time, come back, etc was given to me. STRAIGHT REJECTED unapologetically. Not to mention there weren’t any waiting customers, nor anyone in the pedi seats! SMH
