Phyllis is one of the most magnificent and highly skilled hairstylist in NJ. I was a person with hair that was unhealthy, uneven, and lack any style. I love the way phyliss takes care of my hair she is very informative on what you need for your hair. I got my first cut with her in March & my hair literally was at the back of my neck by June.
