I read some of the negative feedback and was also hesitant . However, I was amazed and pleased with my results. I had so many issues . My greys and roots were coming through very brassy ,dry highlighted hair. I had no idea what to do. Eleny the shop owner really took the time to help me correct everything. My hair color is gorgeous and shiny. I was willing to pay much more and was also very pleased with her reasonable price. Her products are also top of the line. I did not get a cut as of yet because I am trying to grow out my short bob but wouldn't hesitate to go back. Service: Hair coloring
