Lucky Nails

I came to this salon on 3/4/23. They were able to take me last minute before closing without a problem. Sandra did my nails and came out great. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely return.

I was hesitant before making the appointment because of the reviews, but I COMPLETELY disagree with many of the negative reviews posted. Incredibly professional- inside is clean and atmosphere is bright. Ms. Angela took my mani/pedi appointment an hour before close and still did an impeccable job. She didn’t rush or try to push me out- instead she took her time and made me feel comfortable by having conversation with me and making sure my nails were dry before leaving so they wouldn’t chip on my way to my next appointment. I started going here many years ago when it had a different owner. It was such an amazing place with more than just 2 adults and 1 teenager like they have working there now. It’s such a shame that Angie who by the way is the only nice person there has such a rude and disrespectful person as Sandra working there. Never in my life have I ever been treated the way I was treated there recently. I guess she was having a bad morning and took it off on me. Not only was she not responding when I was asking her something she started arguing with me when I expressed to her that i was not appreciating her attitude towards me like if she was doing me a favor treating me like I was not a customer . Shame on you Lucky Nails. Beware of Sandra if you decide to get your nails done here. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
