Tried to go get a blow out but they did not open at 8am as stated on there website. Wait 30mins and never opened. That was disappointing.

I will never ever waste my money at this Solon ever again! I made a mistake and put the wrong address in my gps and it brought me here and because I have somewhere to be at the following day I just went in to relax my hair and treat it. This lady comb out my hair so hard before she apply the relaxer and spend 30 mins in the back of my head while she pause to watch tv. by the time she should start the top the back is already burning because she’s watching the tv. When it’s time for her to wash the relaxer out this woman shampooed my hair once then apply treatment then let the treatment sit for 2 mins without being under the dryer and then rinse and apply shampoo 3 times!? Does that even make senses, like what’s the whole purpose of the treatment and you didn’t even wash the chemical off my hair before you could apply the treatment! Before she even wash the chemical out my hair she comb my hair out like she conditioning my hair and that irritated my scalp, I told the girl next to me tha

Please do not go there. All of the workers are not licensed! They will break and melt your hair. They should not be around chemicals at all. The work they are providing is illegal and they will damage your hair. Very rude owner and her daughter. AGAIN NO ONE HAS A PROFESSIONAL STYLIST LICENSE AT THIS PLACE BUT THE OWNER AND SHE RARELY DOES HAIR... PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE
