I'm tender headed and she didn't hurt me. My hair is very thick and I perspire a great deal causing my hair to become more tangled and thicker.
This is the yr. 2020 and still at Stephanie's,Roda does my hair go there, you'll love it!
My moms hair appt was for 12pm and she didnt even get in the shampoo chair until 2:45ish. I waited for her to get done at 5:00pm. My mother has a short hair cut, that should never take 5 hrs especially with no relaxer being done. Just unacceptable to me. Unprofessional establishment. Gossiping. Never again
