I got a French Gel Manicure with Carolina. It was my first time here, I went in around 12:30pm on a weekday so it was very quiet and calming. Carolina is patient, skilled and pays close attention to detail. Very clean and smooth work. So happy I got her for my first time here.

For starters, my feet came out great! However my nails were atrociously done. The girl who was doing them was complaining about back pain which I nicely tried to accommodate as much as possible by leaning in so she wouldn’t have to bend over etc. but she slapped my hand a few times and got annoyed when I couldn’t have my fingers straight( my genetics, two of my fingers are bent a certain way on each hand something I cannot help.) Then she asked me to pay which was fine, but she saw there were people waiting so she started rushing my nails. Within the 5 minutes I was taken to the pedicure chair, and three of my nails, the polish was coming off which I had asked her to fix and she did while complaining two of the ladies were being rude to her and not letting her use the supplies to fix them. I noticed my nails were bit bubbly from the amount of repainting the top coat that was already on them. but I felt uncomfortable to ask her to fix them and redo them. It’s been two days and polish o

i am highly disappointed!! went for my fill and pedicure, super busy there and you are treated as a robot !!! my fill and manicure was horrible!! you can see that there isn’t enough fill to make the nail look seamless!! spoke to the mgr !! and she had a blank face as she charged me !! beware!! soo many other nail places here ? i don’t mind paying but i’m into quality! and a mgr who appreciates their customers and try to make it right !! NOT HERE !!! Services: Manicure, Gel manicures
