I went this place for the first time and ask for a dark brown hair color. Hair cut and blow dry the lady who gave me the services was too slow she got me late from my event but I was sitting there patiently, to get done my work properly. but she did exact what I was scared of. She gave me an orange color instead of brown and she burnt all my front hair while blowdrying.. oh my God I don't know what to do now. I'm about to cry ???? I spent so much money to burn my hair???? Seriously??? I am so regretting to go this place... I will not recommend this place at all to anyone Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I liked coming here, until the last visit...I paid a lot of money for a "lipo hair treatment" because I was told it would help my hair in the sense of being healthy and shiny. I agreed....I trusted my hairstylist, and didn't bother asking more about it. Foolishly, I signed the waver...If I didn't do that, I would've sued. I have natural curls and after this treatment? My hair would go PIN straight. Not a curl in sight...I loved my curls dearly, I even told my hairstylist that I trusted her...But honestly? How could I when it's already been 5 months and my hair isn't getting curly on it's own? My confidence was shot down because I really thought this treatment would help my natural hair, not alter it completely. I had confronted her about it when I washed my hair the first time after it was done, and I asked her if this treatment kills curls...That's when she told me that it does. How come she didn't tell me this to begin with??? She told me the benefits, but left out the cons...And

The customer service is great but they need to train Thier new hairstylist a little bit better my hair was not blown out properly my roots were still curly and I don’t like that they give you a card so you get a free promotion the first couple of times you come but they don’t acknowledge it so what’s the point !
