I had an appointment with April this past weekend. First of all, her area was absolutely disgusting- floor and sink. It was early in the morning and not after an entire day of work so it was obvious nothing had been cleaned in several days or longer. At the very least the sink should be rinsed in between appointments! The sink was so gross and had other peoples hair all over it and she didn’t even rinse it before having me lay back to get my color washed out..it took everything in me not to say something. I really felt like I needed to rewash it in my clean shower at home after leaving there. ???? My color was not at all even…and she tried to say it was because I had a lot of outgrowth and “there’s only so much I can do.” I’ve highlighted my hair for 20 years now and as a busy mom have many times not gotten back as quickly as I would have liked and have not had any issues getting an even highlight so that excuse is ridiculous. My stylist was April and she did an amazing job! She gave me exactly what I was hoping for when she died my hair. Great with conversation and I would definitely have her do my hair again!

The stylists here are fantastic! Erin has been my stylist for years and I continue to be impressed by her. I don't get my hair cut as often as I should to keep it short and neat, but when I do, I go to NewEra. The prices are great and the stylists are very experienced.
