I highly recommend this Salon. I moved to NE a few months ago and was concerned about finding a good stylist. A coworker recommended Rachelle and I couldn’t be more pleased. She has colored my hair several times and it always turns out great. I’ve had many compliments on the color and have sent others to see Rachelle as well. She is the BEST❤️

Below is my initial experience at this salon today. I posted this review about 30 minutes ago and the business director has already responded to me and 100% corrected the situation. Like I said before as far as talent goes I had a wonderful stylist who did a great job. This was unfortunately a severe lack of communication as I made it clear what I was going in for and expecting my appt to cost. That said, consumers always ask questions so you know what you're paying for and businesses/employees be upfront in any situation if the price of a product or service is going to change drastically so your client can make an informed decision on how they want to proceed. I have admit I was more than disappointed with my first experience at this salon regarding pricing specifically. I will say my actual stylist was wonderful and did a great job with my color. I had an appointment with Rachelle. We did a cut and style. Next time I think I'll do some color. I've been going here for a few years and everyone there seems attentive and helpful.
