Penny’s Hair is the best—she really listens and I love the hot towel on my face while she washes my hair. I look forward to my visits! I also bring my 6yr old to Penny; Penny is also fabulous with her and really engages her in conversation.
Penny North is an amazing stylist!!!! I have been a client for years and would highly recommend her services. She LISTENS to her clients wants and needs while they are sitting in her chair. Her eye to detail is second to none. Penny wants you to double check her work before you leave her chair. AND if your bangs grow too long before your next full appointment, stop by & she will trim your bangs up for you!!! Talk about a full service stylist.
