Have been going to Concepts for many years. Very modern and well kept salon, and they offer a variety of services. The receptionists are always cheerful, responsive and helpful. At least in my experience, my stylist has been at this salon for as long as I've been a customer which speaks to the work environment and culture the owner has created. Definitely worth checking out!
Kira is absolutely amazing! She has been working with me to maintain a hairstyle that leaves me able to still shine at work. The words that I have to describe my confidence in myself after an appointment with her are none because I just have a beautiful woman staring back at me in the mirror and I love her. Kira is great at listening to what I want but always thinks of the future of my hair and what it will look like in the future not just the immediate satisfaction of my hair that day. Can’t wait to make my next appointment! I love Kira and the staff at Concepts and always making me feel myself.
This is a top notch Salon. Concepts is professional, prompt, and great stylists! If you can get in, you will never leave! Better make an appointment ASAP! Love this place!
