I switched to this salon about a year ago when my old stylist moved away. I have fast growing and mildly dry hair and prefer to dye it a Merlot - Red so I was terrified to switch to someone new after 3 years! The staff recommended me to Nicole and she nailed my color and style on the first try.! My hair health has improved with Nicole’s product recommendations and she always lets me know if they are having a sale! It’s also impressive to me that I have always been able to get ahold of someone when I call and I have always felt welcomed when I stop in! Kodi was excellent with my 9 year old granddaughter. She was terrified to get her haircut because of a bad experience. But because of Kodi, she left very happy.

I came here over a year ago and my highlights turned out perfect so I came back this February after growing my previous highlights out completely. The lady that did my hair was no longer there so I said anyone could do my hair and I was paired with Kodi. Before we begun I emphasized to Kodi that I do not come in often and I needed my highlights to grow out naturally, I also informed her that I didn’t want bright highlights, just to add a little brightness to my black hair. I showed her an array of photos and she assured me she would achieve both of my requests. While Kodi had a lovely personality, she did not achieve either. After initially leaving I felt like my entire head was bright yellow but I thought I was just not used to have highlights and it would grow out nicely. It has only been 3 months and it has gotten worse. I have a ring around my head where the highlights started and my hair is brassy and yellow. I now realize what I wanted was closer to a balayage, and all the photos
