Had a massage booked, but when I got there, they had no record of the booking. Didn’t offer me anything for their error, only booked me a different day. This is now the 2nd time I’ve called and booked and they lost my appointment. Not good customer service.

Do NOT get a pedicure here. First of all, I have been pondering whether or not to write a review and to even call the salon to express how dissatisfied I was with my pedicure, but here I am. I feel as though this post is absolutely warranted. I have gotten my hair done at Tranquility for years and have always had a great experience, so I figured I would book a pedicure because I wanted a spa experience and to be more pampered than I would at a typical nail salon. However, that was the exact opposite. Not only was I not aware, nor TOLD that their pedicures are DRY pedicures, but their services are extremely limited. The girl who did my nails was very sweet and I could tell was very young. She was 18 years old and just started working there in April she said. As she began my pedicure, which lasted a total of 45 minutes and included shellac (which was an addition $10 charge), I knew this was going to be a less than pleasant experience. I had a botched haircut at a different salon, and I came to Tranquility to get it fixed. The only way to make the previous cut work was to give me front bangs. My stylist was very understanding and tried to explore all my options with me before we came to this conclusion. She also took the time to show me the best ways to style my new hair. I will absolutely be returning here for the rest of my time in Lincoln.
