I broke my collarbone after I made my appointment here, but I still needed my hair cut! Ari was really kind in accommodating my injury and was also very educated in cutting curly hair. I came here and tried a new stylist (she’s no longer working here anymore) and I ended up with an uneven haircut. I called and the salon was dedicated to make it right for me, without charging me more, which was great. I saw Taylor for the fix and she was quick, understanding, and she even explained where how the haircut went sideways so I can avoid future uneven cuts!
