my boyfriend and i enjoy coming here because they do exactly what we want. they're constantly checking to make sure you're liking everything okay. they are the only people i let touch my hair. they do a great job. Service: Haircut

Went in for a simple haircut, and tried explaining the best I could what I hoped for. Employee Mack from the first second I walked in the door was aggressively rude, even while checking in. She was clearly annoyed because I don’t understand hair as well as a salon hairstylist. Another stylist in the booth next to us even tried to kindly help explain for me, but Mack snapped at her in front of the whole store to shut up. I followed my instinct and got the heck out of there. Mack, you should be ashamed of yourself, your poor attitude, and your extremely discourteous actions.

Stopped in the morning of 09-17-22. Got prompt service and Brooke did a great job. She listened to what I wanted, gave her suggestions when considering my hair type and style it already was in(trying to grow out some of the under cut) to make sure it turned out great. I will be back and I found my new stylist ???? Service: Haircut
