Big Red Nails & Spa - Lincoln

I went here on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to get a spa pedicure right away. It was a very relaxing experience to sit in the massage chair and have my legs and feet massaged also, prior to the polish application. I don’t know the man’s name that did my nails but he did a great job!

I don’t normally go here but was in the area and decided to stop by. The pedicure was fine. It was a little expensive compared to other places ($55 for shellac and no add ons) but not a huge deal. However, she dug into my nail extremely roughly as if digging out an ingrown. I do not have ingrowns and have never had issues with my toes/nails. I didn’t say anything while she did it as I figured it wouldn’t last too long and didn’t want to offend her. Later that day, my toes began to hurt. The next day, I could barely walk on my right foot. Three of my toes were very sore and my big toe was fairly red. Today, it is extremely red and looks infected. I went back to the salon to show them and they told me that because there was no blood while she was doing it, it was not them. They had “never seen anything like it.” I was extremely polite but did want a refund as I would be needing to go to urgent care at this point to make sure it wasn’t infected (it is). They eventually refunded me but the

I had a wonderful experience at this nail and spa establishment. The dipping powder nails I got were not only beautiful but also durable. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. Best nail salon in Lincoln!
