Great Clips

I was able to check in online and walked right in when I got there. I asked for a shampoo and conditioning and the weird part is the back of my head is as dry as when I walked in. Guess it wasn't washed. After, she wanted to brush my hair. My hair is curly and coarse...there's no way a brush was getting through. Price was ok and the service was mediocre. I probably won't be back.

I love going to Great Clips in Wolf Creek Plaza in Bellevue. I have been going there for quite some time now and I always get my hair cut by Austin. Austin is awesome with cutting my hair. I tell him what I want done and he does it as perfect as any hair dresser could. He has the best personality that a hair dresser could have. Always friendly, greets me by name every time I go in there and he is great with kids. Austin is the only reason I go to that Great Clips. He is awesome with everyone. Grown ups and kids. That location is very lucky to have Austin working there. If you need your hair cut, young or old, I highly suggest you go to Great Clips in Wolf Creek Plaza and have Austin cut your hair. You will be glad you did.

They rush through your haircut and dont seem to care and the haircut you get reflects that. They get annoyed if you dont sign in online. They pretend small talk but really could care less.
