I wish I didn't have to give one star. I took my daughter in to get a cut. I asked for layers to help her be able to brush it easier. The woman complained that she needed a thinning, not layers. I said I would like both. The woman pulled on my daughters hair through the whole thing to the point of tears. She complained to my daughter through the whole thing making her feel very belittled. She gave me dirty looks through the whole thing. She still refused to give my daughter layers and at the end, actually said to me "that child needs help". I'm sorry, but like I told the lady, yes, that's why we are at a hairdresser. Even after all she did was thin my daughters hair, she still charged me extra because her hair is thick. On to the lady that did mine. I asked for a shampoo, cut (also layers), and style. She informed me they were to busy to shampoo (mind you they don't take appointments. I tried.) She said OK for the layers I wanted in the back of my hair but cut my hair straight. And o

Price is good. Customer service not impressive. I walked in sat for 5 mins until I was finally greeted. One stylist was cutting hair and the other was busy doing her own make-up. But a few bucks saving isn't worth waiting 30 mins.

The ladies there are so nice. I had my sister come with me. We both have thin hair and it's hard to find someone you can trust to not chop all our hairs off. We both got our hairs trimmed. We will be returning.
