Was able to get last minute appointments for a girls day with my daughter and sister in law. I absolutely love my new style and my daughter had been wanting something done with her eyebrows and they look amazing!
Horrible customer service. Very disappointing. Update: The fact that the "Owner" is willing to comment on my review, not to apologize for their complete lack of customer service but instead comments with arrogance should tell people just how much this location has gone down hill over the years and how much they clearly do not care about providing customers with a good experience. I am beyond disappointed at this point and would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. There are way better salons in the FM area that cost less and treat their customers better!
Came in and saw Cassie , she was amazing , listened to my problems, fixed my dreadful hair and made me feel good about myself, even gave me a goodie bag and a sweet note which made me feel amazing, thank you Cassie!!
