I recently stopped by for a haircut and the stylist I usually go to was not available. They were able to get me an appointment right away and I felt that they did a really great job. It is nice that they have the preference sheet their for customers so that anyone who picks up your appointment will know what to do with your hair.
I had a really nice experience. Good haircut and shave too.
We have been using this store for over 3 years. Our appointments were scheduled for 5:10pm and we walked in the door at 5:15 pm as we got held up at a job and rushed to make it there as quick as we could. The clerk said "we have a 5 minute rule" and refused service. There was no one getting a haircut when we came in and no one waiting. They lost two customers tonight.
