Haircut and experience was standard. The price changed twice throughout my appointment. Once at the beginning which is fine as I have a lot of hair. The second increase came at the register.......
Love this salon! Everyone who works here is friendly and fun. Personally Kelsey or Shawn are in charge of my hair lol.
They have no concept for appointments. Had a appointment waited 45 minutes past the appointment time with no results. Reason people make appointments is they have other engagements to attend. Staff said someone would be with me shortly, still no results. Staff is not very friendly and gave the attitude we get to you when we feel like it. Would not recommend the place. This is 2nd time they did this!!! Not very professional at all!!! Don't waste your time on this place, no regards for the customer
