Great Clips

Checked in at 3:30pm Friday evening. Wait time was 80 minutes, so I expected to get a hair cut roughly around 4:45-5:00pm. Website went down and wouldn’t give estimated time left. Called store, and was told to download the app for actuate times (Not gonna do when you have a website) and was informed 2 stylists went home and they wouldn’t be able to get me in till 6:30pm or later even though the store closes at 7pm. Got in at 6:45pm and the lady who cut my hair cut it shorter than I asked her too and was busy joking about cutting it different than I asked and talking with the other stylist than paying attention to what she was doing. Next time I’ll just drive the extra time to go to the place I use to before I moved and never will give a Great clips another chance due to this horrible experience. Service: Haircut

Really like the option to check-in online. I signed up and was notified when I was 15min away from a trim. Great salon for the busy person who needs to do a walk-in hair cut. Very friendly staff.

Ryan was so rude and unprofessional at the front desk. He got unreasonably irate and yelled at me in front of my son and the customers waiting, because I lagged for a moment spelling my son's name when he asked. Customer service at its worst. When I told him I am sorry he must be frustrated he just arrogantly said “have a seat and someone will get you when ready" and walked away without apologizing or making eye contact. Even the customers waiting looked speechless for the scene! Was humiliating, and weird!! Usually people do a better job disguising their real selves when it is about their bread and butter. That said, the other hairdresser ladies have consistently been great over the years. Service: Haircut
