I like that I use their app to schedule a haircut. The lady barber was friendly and did great cut.
Checked in online so I wouldn't have to wait when I got there... When I got there, they informed me that if you don't show up before the "estimated" time, it kicks you off the list, so you have to show up and wait or check in online, then show up and wait. Absolutely pointless system.
Outstanding haircuts every time. They are always busy, so use the app to check in ahead of time and just go about your day until it is your turn to go get your haircut! It is truly a great system in place!
