They're unprofessional. Canceled my appointment twice after accepting, one being as short notice as day of. They dont respond to calls or texts whatsoever so dont waste your time.
refused to answer my texts regarding canceling my initial appointment within her websites cancellation policies. I am currently in the process of trying to get my refund of $150 back from cashapp for this reason. Do not book with her. Communication is absolutely horrible
