Shopping online during the busy season was a mistake. All my products came broke. They were shoved into a tiny box with no packing material to protect them. So I called the local store and asked if I could exchange if the products damaged were in their store. They were very nice and helpful and explained I could and apologized for the way the items were shipped. But when I went to just do an exchange. They charged me like 25 cents or something like that? Lady couldn’t explain why. At least she was sort of nice and I had a quarter on me. It’s mostly just an annoyance really.

3 Stars because although I love the variety in comparison to the big cities, Mac products are in stock here and there are testing product cleansers and applicators available , BUT Checking out, the girl who assisted me was rude, she gave me an attitude because the first number i gave her was incorrect. Just the whole interaction was just bad. I think the other cashier there was much nicer. Receipt says I was checked out by Mijahjo.
