Usually have a good experience. This time I walked in (after checking in online). I was the only one waiting. The two who were cutting hair were obviously busy. One got done and cleaned up her station. The other one who was still giving a haircut had time to do the haircut, wash the guys hair and then finished him up. Still waiting now for about 15 more minutes. The other stylist peeked her head out a time or two and never said a word seemed to be avoiding me. So whatever. But then the second one was finished and still nothing. Sat for another 10ish minutes. They could’ve had some interaction with me but acted very rude. When the first one finally started coming towards the counter she suddenly stopped as if she forgot something. So she picked up a bucket and walked off. Both were very unprofessional and Stephanie who is the manager should check out the cameras and fix the problem.
