I always get great haircuts here! I appreciate the convenience of making an appointment and the speed of service.
I have been a customer for years. I have enjoyed the rewards program that issued coupons upon points received. I contacted the home office regarding no longer receiving these rewards, and they said that that the North Cost Cutters no longer participates in this reward program. And I was supposed to contact the manager of the salon I use. I'm wondering why the rewards program was discontinued and if it will be re-instated some time soon. Service: Haircut
