I had a negative experience the last time I went, but I received fantastic customer service in response so I decided to try it out again. The service I received today and how wonderful my nails look showed that the technician I was with prior was not at all an accurate representation of their values or artistry. I was taken to my seat in a very timely manner, the shop was clean, and my technician was communicative and checked in with me before each new step. I was very impressed and I will definitely be back! The price was also very reasonable for the high quality products and look you receive. Service: Acrylic nails

I am from out of town and make it to Bismarck every few months, and I’ve had a hard time finding positive reviews for pedicures in the area so I feel obligated to add mine. I have gone here for a pedicure twice. The 5 star review is for the one I received today. I should note I am a pretty tough customer when it comes to pedis- I’m very rough on my feet between yoga, running, and being on my feet at work full time. I am picky about the length and cut, and sensitive about the environment of nail salons- having a relaxing/enjoyable experience is just as important to me as the end product. I always make an appointment and also usually bring my own polish lol The first time I went to Bellissima I got a regular/basic pedicure and asked for callous removal on one trouble spot. I don’t think language barrier was the issue but she really didn’t really make a dent in it, maybe she forgot. When I noticed at the end she said she wouldn’t charge the extra $8 that would normally cost, so fair enoug
