So glad to be back with Ross getting my haircut. Always a great cut and color
I’ve been going to this salon for 3 years. I’ve seen Halei Coleman each service. She’s made a few mistakes here and there that I was willing to look over. Unfortunately she’s really messed up recently. I paid a large amount of money to go from blonde to plain black which did not even last 2 full washes. Within 10 days of my service my hair completely turned a red/brown color. When I reached out to Halei she responded by stating it was not her fault and required I pay full price again. I was blamed for simply washing my hair using the methods she gave me. She was unwilling to remedy her problem and texted me messages that were wildly unprofessional. I was even blamed for every mistake she ever made by saying I decided I didn’t like my hair after my appointments which is wildly untrue. I’ve had to go back to her after numerous appointments for her to fix her mistake. She took offense to my shock by being asked to pay her again for something she could not even do right the first time. Aft
