Golden Salon and Dry Bar

I have been going to this salon and seeing Lori for almost 3 years now. She has always done a great job. Today I got stuck in traffic coming from Emerald Isle (a 2 hour drive that I make each time I want to get my hair done) and I was about 20 minutes late. I called to let them know and the front desk told me that my appointment had been canceled because I was late. That’s extremely unprofessional and while I was late and apologize I still believe that she could have taken me to at least color or cut my hair. She denied doing any of my service (even just half) because she had booked another client 15 minutes after me. I hope that next time she is running late somewhere she is treated the same way that I was today. I hope that she takes a day off, drives a long distance to pamper herself somewhere and is denied because she was 15-20 minutes late. I wish she cared more about her customers than overbooking herself. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

It has been so hard to find a good salon in town. I tried Golden back in 2020 for cut/color and I was very happy. I decided to make another appointment, and booked McKenna. She was amazing! She took her time during our consultation and gave me the best cut and color that I've had in years. Thank God I finally found a stylist and salon that I can trust! Savannah (@savvywiththeshears) does an AMAZING job! I have been to her 3 times now and she always gets my hair to the blonde that I want. She is so sweet, down to earth, and keeps my hair healthy. I never leave unsatisfied. 10/10 recommend ???? Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting
