Sunset Nails

Used to go frequently, stopped going; decided to try them again since they were closer than my regular place... Now I remember why I left the 1st time! To start no hello or anything when I walked in, all you get is "what you like done today, pick ya color. " I get to the pedicure chair, no lining in the bowl, then she comes from the back with the tools for pedicure, in a page from a damn magazine! Front of lid on jet in pedi bowl came off in my water. Polish time, I tell her what I want, she's clueless, so she ask the other lady the cost, she says you want gel on toes, ummmmm yes I do that's what I picked out wasn't it!!! She proceeds to say well pedi and gel polish on toe $40.. I'm like out what ever, I had g polish on my nails as well, here she come with some damn foil and acetone!! Really!! I was so frustrated at this point is said just polish them, no overlay. $68 for that mess, and here it is 1 day later polish on toe is literally coming off , it's GEL, HOW THE HECK DOES GEL P

This place has changed. B4 I moved to Charlotte thry were much nicer and the wait wasn't long to do eyebrows. You only have 4 workers and 2 customers and you tell me 1 hr to do eyebrows. Yall can't multi task and yall are loosing business. Money is money no matter if it's $10, $25 yall should want to dedicate yourself to each customer. This is the 2nd time Nd you tell me to come back later so if I come back later and it's the same then what. This review will surely go a long way causing potential customers to not come.

We called before we got there and they said they were not busy. They were right! We got there and no one was there! We were greeted as we walked in. We sat down, had our pedicure and were extremely satisfied! We have been there before when they were busy and received the same fabulous treatment.
