Showed up for a fill and my daughter wanted her toes painted. Nobody (customer wise) was there. 2 ppl working. Was told the person that does nails wasn’t there and I’d have to come back another time. There was really no reason to have the open sign on since they couldn’t do any services.

I walked in and was sat right away which was great but the woman who did my pedicure started rushing when two other people came in. She quickly cut my nails and smacked the heck out of my legs. My legs are still sore from her “massage”. I have the worse ingrown toenail coming in that is just throbbing in pain because she cut it way too short. My manicure was just as rushed and took a total of maybe 10 minutes. I will not go here ever again. Service: Nail painting

My girlfriend and I walked in and they would not do our nails AFTER we had called in and they told us to come on in and they would take care of us. They said we had been there beforehand and we didn’t like the service?!? We’re not even from Rocky Mount! I’m appalled as this has never happened to me before. Embarrassing to say the least.
