5 Star Nails and Spa

Been coming here for years. I'm actually here as I type this. The service has gotten so bad. Like I literally sat and waiting about 30 mins for him to do a lady's nails that he was already doing when i walked in just for him to take half the time on my feet. Every few seconds he picked up his phone I asked him if he was in a hurry he said a hurry to nowhere. That he had to do 20-30 people a day. No one else is/was in here.

Horrible service. Did not get what I asked for after informing the employee that it was on wrong. Employee chose to tell me what I wanted over and over. Simple chrome tip. THIN. Explained to him and showed him multiple photos. Instead of letting me know that was above his skill set, he decided to use me as practice. My nails look beyond horrible. I calmly told the technician that I was not pleased at all, they look horrible…and I hated them. I was still charged FULL price. Paid it since I didn’t want to be an “angry black woman.” Spoke to the manager, Ben only to be told he would “fix it.” I politely asked for that in writing and it was put on a business card. I have never left reviews (good or bad) but I recently just moved here and was told about this salon and I read the reviews and saw there was mixed reviews about it. So I decided to go for a nail set and a pedicure. I swear I think I got burned at least 3 times during my pedicure and 2 times during my nail set while they were using the electric nail file. I said something to both nail ladies and they either brushed it off or said I had sensitive skin????. You would expect them to be more careful after a customer speak up but no I would literally get burned again couple seconds after saying something. Aside from getting burned with the nail file, I showed the nail lady the nail set I wanted and I swear it’s like natural and simple nothing complicated. At my last nail salon that I would go to for 3 years they never got it wrong but at this salon it looked nothing like the picture and my fingers looked beat up. I went back to get my nail set removed because one of my nails broke and same
