Salon Blu

This was my second visit to Salon Blu at North Hills. When I arrived for my appointment they said I had cancelled my appointment because I had responded cancel on my text and that they had also emailed me. When I set my appointment the person who answered the phone apparently wasn't listening well, (she did sound annoyed that I had called) as it turns out she wrote down both my email and phone number incorrectly so I never received a text or an email. The real problem was with the girl at the reception desk. She never apologized and treated me like it was my fault. She challenged, even though they had written down my information incorrectly, and seemed to blame me for cancelling. They did get me in on my scheduled time by double booking the stylist. The reason for the two stars is that the girl setting my appointment seemed inattentive and the girl at the reception desk treated me as though I had inconvenienced her rather than apologize and provide good customer service in resolving t

I go to Lexi Kirkland and she is the absolute best. Not only does she do the most amazing job on my hair but she is always bubbly, sweet, and so fun to talk to. Salon Blu in North Hills is the best and I definitely recommend Lexi! ♥️ Service: Hairstyling

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Salon Blu with my stylist, Kala. I've been seeing Kala for years and frequently get compliments on my hair. She always takes her time in consultation with me at the start of the appointment to make sure my results are exactly what I want. The rest of the staff are very friendly, too. Service: Hair coloring
