Pathetic The owner lady did my Brazilian wax today ( 6/22/2023) and it was horrible experience with her. I used to get done with hard wax but this was my first time experience with LOTUS. And not good at all. They are not professional in Brazilian wax i think. I never used any other services though. Prasanna is not kind and polite with me. I told her that i m not comfortable still she didn’t listen and was continuing my waxing in totally wrong way. Oh my god !!!! I never expected this… i will not coming back here ever and i will tell all my friends to stop going there. They should learn how to do B.waxing from some professional school Not professional at all…. Service: Brazilian waxing

Clients are not treated well here. Everyone are multi tasking. One beautician attends multiple clients , which is tidious to us. Apply something on our face and run to the next client and then us. It’s not very pleasant. Everything is express here.. express facial , express hand spa but the prices are not any less. I feel they should allocate the slots well. Every time I call for appointment they ask me to come but when I go there there is always a wait. Long wait. Instead allot time and give appointments for clients who need more than just eye brows. Overall not a very pleasant experience and so I wouldn’t go there again. Service: Eyebrow threading

I always enjoy going to the Lotus Salon and Spa. It is nice taking a break from my crazy mom world and having some ME time! I have had waxing, facials, mani-pedis, color, highlights, styling, and blow outs. This is the only place I trust to do my eyebrows and cut my hair. I was loosing hair from a disorder I suffer from and Lotus Salon helped me find the right product to safely and effectively strengthen my scalp and my hair grew BACK! I now have a full head of hair and I love going out and showing off Lotus Salon's work. If you are new to the area or wanting to find a great salon I highly recommend Lotus salon for the experience, professionalism of staff, environment, & high quality of work.
