I'm completely devastated. My hair is such a big part of me. I went in to get 3 inches taken off, the stylist took off 6-7 inches. I got my eyebrows waxed and that was messed up as well. Way to much was taken off on one side. I have a big event next weekend, that I was super excited for and now my confidence is shot. You can see in the pictures that my hair was past my breasts in length and now its above them. This is completely unacceptable.

It was my first time getting my hair done and I was lucky enough to be paired with Rimika who made me feel welcomed while in her chair and made my hair look flawless, I highly recommend this salon if your looking for a good cut and amazing service.

Had yet another terrible experience today and left without getting a haircut. I received a confirmation text on Tuesday and arrived for my appointment on time today. After waiting for 40 minutes, someone, who was not the person I scheduled the appointment with, finally approached me to cut my hair. I asked where the stylist was who I booked with and I was informed that she had called in sick and that they tried to reschedule me. This was false as I did not receive any communication from them today. I asked why no one mentioned that in the 40 minutes I was waiting. I got a half-hearted apology. At that point I was upset and felt like I was going to cry. I asked for my deposit back, told her that I did not want a haircut after all of that, and that I wanted the manager to contact me about this experience. She informed me that she was the manager and that I actually had way more in credit (I'm assuming that deposits I had paid in the past were just hanging out in my account???). She paid
