Pro: since I moved to Jacksonville I’ve been coming here religiously and they do nothing but a great job everytime! I’ve experienced a lot of nail growth here and my nails last a month without falling off within 1-2 weeks in. Con: Y’all really need to learn how to talk on the phone. Customer service on the phone is poor and could be wayyy better. It’s gives off a bad impression to people that are first timers and comes off as rude. I feel like I’m bothering y’all when I call. Actually sound like you love it there! Please! ????
If you are questioning whether or not to get your nails done here……. DO IT!! And ask for Tina! She’s done my nails twice now and they are perfect! Shaping, designs, everything! She is AMAZING! 10/10 recommend. And everyone is super sweet in the salon! Services: Acrylic nails, Nail designs, Gel manicures
