I had no idea what I was even looking for when I walked into Ulta but Priscilla was phenomenal. She answered every question I had, helped me figure out what I needed for my routine, and get new makeup that was the right color. The best customer service I've had in a very long time!
This store was great ???? , mostly all the ultra I go to are wonderful ????, they are very helpful and very friendly staff.
I FOUND A BRAIDED/ DREAD/ LOCK QUEEN! I went here to use the salon today with fabulous Michele. Michele is a Braiding Queen and installed my curly locs I bought overseas. We did a quick consult for 15 minutes, I booked an appointment. I LOVE MY NEW HAIR. Thought I would need to go to Morehead to get them done. Michele is really out going and loves a challenge and something new. She was easy to talk to and friendly. She also helped me aftercare products which they have at Ulta. Expect it to take 2-4 hours depending on your hair. And for what she did, she's reasonable. I will be going back.
