I made my daughter an appointment for a haircut over the phone, the staff was very helpful . Upon arriving we were greeted at the reception desk and her stylist Vanessa was waiting . Vanessa did such a wonderful job , my daughter said she took her time to ask what she wanted to do to with her hair , made suggestions, and made recommendations based on her hair texture and length. Overall wonderful experience! She can’t wait to return . Thank you Vanessa

Do they do a good job? Yes. But my complaint isn’t regarding their services. I had gone several times to this salon , even after the first time having my hair come out terrible I gave them a second chance and ever since continued to go there . Well I asked the owner a genuine question. As a person of color, that ah shine multiple times, I asked why I hardly saw any poc advertised in their page ? Only because I would recommend them to my friends and they wouldn’t go because if that reason. And the owner got extremely disrespectful and accused me of calling my stylist and the business racist . Immediately started with excuses as to why POC don’t come there, they don’t have stylists to do that textured hair, they have products they’re just not on display , their receptionist is full blown Hispanic etc etc. I apologized for upsetting her as that wasn’t my intent but she still spread it around and accused ME of slander. I’m very disheartened and disappointed . ** edit to update : The owner

Skye Bar Salon did all the hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party and they did an incredible job! They had us in and out on time with a little extra time to spare even! And they were so sweet and even had snacks for us! We loved you guys thank you so much!
