LC Nails and Spa

I had a gift card so I went for a manicure/pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure made the water insanely hot and had no idea what I was saying when I asked her to please make it cooler. I had to keep my feet out of the tub until I made the “cold” gesture and she understood…which is fine, I can respect the misunderstanding. However, she dug so hard and deep into my toes that I now have wounded and inflamed corners/sides that hurt not even 10 hours later. Then, I went for the manicure and while the lady who preformed the service was very sweet to talk to…I had a clearly visible wound on the corner of my one fingers, and she kept digging the file into it…even after a bit of blood was emerging. I asked if the tools were cleaned prior simply bc it was now open, and she said they were…so here’s to hoping I do not develop any sort of infection. Unfortunately, what left me with the most disappointment and discomfort is the hand massage she preformed. She must of been trying to reduce tension

Edit: I came here twice for dip nails and it was good. We recently needed to cut back so I went in to have the dip powder removed and get a manicure after so that my nails would still look decent after. HUGE MISTAKE. My nails are so incredibly brittle that one nail has broken off to the skin just by getting my ID out of my wallet. She filed down my ENTIRE nail which was unnecessary and excessive. She caused "the ring of fire" on ALL 10 of my nails. This takes MONTHS to completely heal. The "massage" was approximately 15 seconds per hand. She caked on the polish so thick that it never dried completely even after waiting 15 minutes under the dryer. My fingers are in so much pain and have been for 5 days now. Under my nails are red and swollen. My nails are uneven , breaking, brittle, and wavy I tried talking to her during the manicure, but she ignored me. I will not be back again. I cannot support a place that does not care about the integrity and health of my nails and hands

I started getting my nails done by Doris a little after she started working at LC Nails. The does an exceptional job every time. If she is going to be out of the shop she try’s to make makes sure her clients are taken care of, and introduces the person that will be working with you before she leaves. The staff is very dedicated to LC Nails & Spa. Each client is treated with respect and the staff does an excellent job on all services. Love the cleanliness and the sanitation scores shows that. ♥️
