Cassidy did a AMAZING color correction on me after I messed up my hair tryna do it myself. I know that getting my hair done is a privilege and not a necessity so would pay 10x over if I had to. Stylist are people not some big box store! These services are their incomes and how they support their families. If you have the time AND the money to treat yourself for a day I definitely suggest popping in for a appointment!

I had my hair cut here yesterday, and it was a lovely experience!! It had been quite awhile since I had my hair cut because I had the same woman cutting my hair for 11 years but since I moved to Jacksonville, I just haven't been able to find a new stylist that i like. Im really nervous about new people cutting my hair because I've had some pretty bad experiences. Well yesterday, Matthew (the owner) cut my hair. This was my first time booking his services. Matthew is amazing. He is so nice, and understanding. He was very friendly with me and he worked with me on trying to figure out why I felt my hair looked so off and what needed to be done to fix it. He also styled/curled my hair afterwards and it was so pretty!! I absolutely love my hair right now. He did an amazing job and I'm so happy. Every time I come to Koi salon I have the most magical time! Everyone there is so incredibly nice and personable. The atmosphere is so beautiful, calming & inviting. You can tell so much love and passion go into this salon. I can't get over the decor & plants! I always get my hair cut by Matthew and I leave in tears of happiness. He legit gave me the best haircut of my life, it's just perfect and he nails it every time! The attention to detail is extraordinary and I always leave feeling happy, confident, and beautiful. You can definitely tell a difference in quality of work & products and it's so worth it. It's so convenient to make an appointment online. Absolutely the best salon experience I've ever had.
