I go here solely. I see Josie and that's it. I've never had a bad experience with her. She always gets perfect results for me and I don't think I'll find anyone on her level.

My mother had a terrible experience with Josie getting her brows waxed the first week of July and wanted me to write this review so others are forewarned!! Josie did such a poor job she returned to the shop so she could get places she missed. And knowing my mother, I’m sure she was very pleasant about it. However when she returned home after Josie’s 2nd attempt she discovered one of her brows had a bare area that had been cut. It looked intentional! Now she has to use a brow pencil to fill in where she has no brow. Either Josie was vindictive OR she doesn’t know what she is doing. Needless to say my mother will never go back to this salon!!!!

First time and the girl was very welcoming, and easy to talk with. Such a super vulnerable thing to get, a Brazilian. And it hurt a lot for my first, only in certain areas. But, the girl helped ease my mind and we talked about anything. Overall, it was worth it, and I would highly recommend this place!
