Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

During the last 15 years, my husband and I have been customers of a Fantastic Sam’s in Jacksonville’ NC with wonderful results. It is clean and the staff is wonderful/professional with excellent results! They do not gossip back-and-forth like most salons. Mandi is the stylist we use and love her. Something unfortunate happened today. An incredibly rude customer by the name of Verona Williams came in to get a highlight though she’d had had her hair highlighted two weeks before. This meant that she had virtually no roots to process. Processing would break her hair, and Fantastic Sam’s rightfully told her that they couldn’t provide the service because of the damage it would cause to her hair. There is so much more, but she said she was going to leave an incredibly terrible review on their page and it is my desire that people reading that post will understand what happened. I had my hair colored and cut there 2 weeks ago. However I noticed that my hair didn’t lay right when I dried or tried to style it. Due to a life emergency I didn’t call until today. The person who answered the phone told me to come in and they would take care of it. I drove there 25 minutes and the person who had done my hair looked at it. She had another person look at it and then they told me I would have to come back in 2 hours when the manager came in. I left with no other words said. I am in total disbelief that they could see it was wrong and didn’t want to do anything about it. Also why would they tell me to come in knowing the manager wasn’t there. Very upset about the whole process. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring

The people were very detail oriented and patient with my niece who was getting her hair cut and her first experience with bangs.
