Cozy Nails & Spa

On March 31 2022 at approximately 1030am I went to cozy nails because I wanted a specialty set of nails. The nail tech was going to use stickers and nail polish instead of acrylic colors and encapsulated items. There was only two people working, no customers, but I was expected to come back 4 hours later so she could do her appointment first which was 40 minutes away from the time I arrived. I may be particular, but I decided this was not the place for me. I edited this review to include the time and date because I'm being accused of being a liar. I did not say anything bad or make false accusations. Maybe the lady just didn't understand from the pictures I showed her of the nail designs I wanted. I wanted 2 hand painted butterflies with a colored acrylic ombre with encapsulated glitter. The nail tech offered gel paint and a tiny butterfly sticker. Three weeks and still going strong.. only place I go to for color change polish and gel and almond shape for 40$ . . Quality service and products by far the best experience U will have and ???? get

My daughter and I went for Mani and Pedi. They were on time for our appointment and very detailed. Top notch service. The facility is extremely clean and the quality of services can't be beat. Our nails (both toes and fingers) look fabulous! The employees are also very nice and gentle. We are both satisfied! Services: Pedicure, Manicure, Gel manicures
