Waxing the City

I used Waxing in the City for the first time today for an eyebrow wax. Love the name, it’s a clean studio, technician wore gloves and also sanitized her hands and the receptionist was very nice. However, when I booked and appointment at 10:30 I expect to be seen at 10:30. I was seen 17 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had to ask if I was double booked. It would be great if clients can be told up front of any delays just in case a client has another commitment elsewhere. I work in an industry with patients and scheduled appointments. If a patient runs late we work them back in after the next scheduled appointments if we can so that the person who was on time is seen on time. I also agree with the other person in a review above mine about the music. It would be nice to have spa music for a more relaxing experience. The music was too loud especially once in the room with the cereologist. For these reasons I will likely not be back. The cereologist was very nice and thorough but a
