Megan always does a wonderful job cutting my hair! I love getting my hair done here. Great atmosphere.

Went to this salon to see Juila, and walked out extremely disappointed and out $530.. I had dark/ black hair walking in with my grown ash natural hair at the root, and wanted to get close to my natural color and have ONE color all over my head. I told her specifically my hair pulls red, and that I did not want red in my hair. She put bleach on my hair and I took pictures because I wanted to make a “transformation tik tok” I have seen 3 other stylist (didn’t get anything done) and all of them had said she did not fully saturate my hair with bleach, as you can tell in the pictures I have taken. In some areas I’m BLONDE, while others are black. She also mentioned I would receive a free hair cut with my service on Instagram, but during my service said it would be around $40+ (can’t remember the exact price) so I decided not to get one. After paying I looked at my hair and was extremely upset, and decided to walk back into the salon and ask for a partial refund, at which she replied to me

This was my first time at Hudson and Samantha was AWESOME! I get a haircut once a year, so it was looking pretty rough. She did exactly what I asked for, no complaints!! My hair left feeling lighter & healthier. Will definitely be coming back! ????
