New York Nails And Spa Greenville Mall

I use to come here. They have good workers but there's this one guy who doesn't pay attention to what he's doing and he doesn't do everything he needs to do. I've had him about 3 times and every time he's done my nails the next day or 2 my nails are breaking or paint chips off. I went 2 days ago and he did my nails didn't watch what he was doing and messed my nails up. I asked for white almond and he did my nails crooked and made them oval and they had clumps. I had to have my friends nail tech smooth them out that day. They also up charge you by doing your nail a certain way you didn't ask them for. I wanted white and they put this clear glow in the dark white on my nails. The next day two of my nails had big chips in them and I went in to get my money back and they wouldnt give it back so they tried fixing it for free. They didn't take them off and redo them they just did it over what was messed up. They are still messed up and trashed. Waste of money.

They Rushed Through Everything me and my daughter went today to get manicure and pedicure both of us it ended up being I got a mani and pedicure and my daughter got just the pedicure because they weren't interested in listening to what I said... They have you sign in in the front and you don't even finish the sign in process... My nails look terrible and my feet they tried to charge me for gel even tho I asked for regular polish on my daughter. They moved me to get my nails done and thought I was going to be ok with them having my daughter all the way across the room from me for her feet to dry and had a attitude because I kept looking at her to make sure she was ok.. we are never going back.

Got my nails done and for some reason’they felt like this was worth almost 60 dollars. Went up there the next day to get fixed just for them to tell me how perfect they were and they didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to them. The nail artist literally rushed so fast and finished in 20 minutes and didn’t ask what shape I wanted. They was play fighting beside his desk while he was doing my work while he also was having a full blown conversation. It’s one thing to rush because you are good and another because you want to get it over with. Will never allow them to touch my hands again. Service: Acrylic nails
